Daniel Isaac Feinstein, acquaintance as Daniel Spoerri (Galaţi,Romania, the 27th of March 1930), is an artist and writer Swiss, born in Romania in 1930.

It has been called «the central figure of the European post-war art» and «one of the most famous artists of the 20th century». Realism is associated it with the Nuevo and with the movement Fluxus.

Spoerri is known by its snare-pictures, a type of assemblies or art of objects, in which it captures a group of objects, as the remains of foods of individuals, the dishes included, the cutlery and the glasses, all that it fixes, on a board or a table, which afterwards is exposed on a wall. He is also acclaimed widely by its Anecdoted Topography of Chance, a literary analogy of its snare-pictures, in which he makes a map of every object located in its table in a particular moment of the time, describing each with its personal memories that that object evokes.
